Paarse strikjes met kokos geur - Purple bows with coconut scent

vandaag heb ik gekozen voor een paarse manicure.

today I chose for a purple manicure.

Hieronder de gebruikte materialen:

- Manhattan Birthday Colours - 014 Purple pearls
- Catrice - 14 Purple Reign
- Paris memories - Duftnagellack Kokos
- Moyou London plaat Pro XL 08 / Moyou London plate Pro XL 08
- Witte stempel van Dashica shop / white stamp from Dashica shop

 

De basiskleur is de licht paarse kleur van Manhattan. Daarna is het strikje met bolletjes motief (van Moyou London plaat Pro XL 08) gestempeld met de donker paarse kleur van Catrice. Alles is afgewerkt met een naar kokos ruikende top coat van Paris memories. Klaar!

The base colour is the light purple colour of Manhattan. The bow with dots (from Moyou London plate Pro XL 08) is then stamped with the dark purple colour of Catrice. Everything is finished with a coconut scented top coat from Paris memories. Ready!

Oosterse bloemen - Oriental flowers

Vandaag heb ik een oosters getinte manicure gemaakt met het MoYou London plaatje "Suki Plate Collection 02". Ik heb gekozen voor de bloemetjes, onderaan links.

Today I made an oriental manicure with the Moyou London plate "Suki Plate Collection 02". I chose the bottem left flowers.

Hieronder de gebruikte lakjes en materialen:

- Manhatten Birthday Colours - 011 Aquamania
- Catrice - 800 Heavy Metallilac
- P2 Square Affaire - 020 Straight black
- P2 So Gold Shake up top coat
- bakje en spons / tray and sponge
- witte stempel van Dashica shop / white stamper from Dashica shop

Met een sponsje heb ik de blauwe (Manhatten) en paarse kleur (Catrice) op mijn nagels aangebracht.
Vervolgens heb ik de bloemetjes met de zwarte kleur van P2 erop gestempeld.
Alles is afgewerkt met de So Gold shake up top coat van P2, dat het een subtiele gouden glitterlaag geeft.
Klaar!

With a sponge I applied the blue (Manhattan) and purple (Catrice) colour on my nails.
I then stamped the flowers from the Suki MoYou London plate with the black colour of P2.
Everything is finished with the So Gold shake up top coat of P2, which gives it a subtle golden glitter layer.
Ready!

African Gold

De nail of the day (NOTD) is vandaag een licht goud kleurige basis met donker bruine drie- of vierhoeken die ik ¨African Gold¨ heb genoemd.

The nail of the day today is a light golden base with dark brown triangles or quadrangles that I called ¨African Gold¨.

  * Essence multidimension 39 Spicy
  * Dashica Big plate SdP-A
  * stempel en schraper - stamp and scraper




Als basiskleur heb ik dus een licht goudkleurige lak gebruikt van Manhatten. Deze glanst heel mooi zoals je op de onderstaande foto kan zien.

As a base I used a light golden nail polish from Manhatten. This polish really shines beautiful as you can see in the photo below.



Hierna heb ik de Big plate SdP-A van Dashica beauty gebruikt om er een africaans plaatje op te stempelen. Het resultaat zien jullie hieronder. Klaar!

Dot dotdot dot... (2)

Vandaag wat voorbeelden van eenvoudige nageldesigns met stippen.
Today a couple of examples of easy nail art designs with dots.



Dit zijn de 3 kleuren die ik gebruikt heb als basis:
These are the 3 colours I used as a base colour:
- Essence 51 mellow yellow
- Essence 56 got a secret

Zet met de dikste dottingtool een stip. Deze wordt het midden van de bloem.
Place a dot with the big dottingtool. This is the middle of the flower.


Plaats dan met de kleinere dottingtool kleinere stipjes rondom de dikkere stip. Dit zijn de bloemblaadjes.
Place with the small dotting tool dots around the first dot. These are the flower leafs.

En klaar! Simpel, toch?

Voorbeeld 3
Gebruikte materialen en nagellak:

- Max dnc 9 black
- Catrice 470 Snow Motion!
- een dunne en een dikke dottingtool

Zet met de dikke dottingtool zwarte stippen en laat wat drogen. Zet daarna met een dunne dottingtool witte stippen midden in de zwarte stippen. Klaar!

Example 3
Used materials and nail polish:

- Max dnc 9 black
- Catrice 470 Snow Motion!
- a small and big dotting tool


Place black dots with the big dotting tool and let dry. Then place white dots with the smal dotting tool in the black dots. Ready!



Voorbeeld 4
Gebruikte materialen en nagellak:
- Max dnc 9 black
- SinfulColors 101 Snow me white
- een dunne en een dikke dottingtool

Zet met de dikke dottingtool witte stippen en laat wat drogen. Zet daarna met een dunnere dottingtool zwarte stippen midden in de witte stippen. Klaar!

Example 4

- SinfulColors 101 Snow me white
- a small and big dotting tool


Place white dots with the big dotting tool and let dry. Then place black dots with the small dotting tool in the white dots. Ready!

- een dunne en een dikke dottingtool
- een penseel

Example 5
Used materials and nail polish:

- a small and big dotting tool
- a small paint brush


Zet met de dikke dottingtool 4 stippen kort bij elkaar, dit zijn de bloemblaadjes. Laat drogen.
Place 4 dots close to each other with the big dotting tool, these are the flower leafs. Let it dry.



Trek met het penseel 2 lijnen als steel en zet met de dunne dottingtool 3 stipjes in de blauwe bloemblaadjes. Klaar!
Make 2 lines with the paint brush as flowerstalks and place 3 dots with the small dotting tool in the blue flower leafs. Ready!

Lak een schuin gedeelte van de nagel blauw.
Polish a diagonal part of the nail with blue nail polish.


Trek een scheidingslijn met het penseel (met Manhatten 96D).  Gebruik de dottingtool om stippen te zetten op het blauwe gedeelte (met esssence 06 flying higher).
Draw a separation line with the paint brush (with colour Manhatten 96D). Use a dotting tool to place dots on the blue part (with essence 06 flying higher).


Klaar!

Shoplog 02-01-2012 (deel 1)

Mijn eerste shoplog!
Voor de mensen die zich afvragen wat een shoplog is:
Een shoplog is een dagboek vol met je laatste aankoopjes. Een soort album dus, met foto's van alle dingen die je pas gekocht hebt!
Andere meiden kunnen dan op jouw shoplog reageren en vertellen wat ze van de aankopen vinden, vragen waar dat prachtig kleurtje nagellak vandaan komt, wat het kost, enz.

My first shoplog!
For the people who wonder what a shoplog is:
A shoplog is a diary with your latest purchases. So, an album with photos from all the things you just bought! Other girls can react on your shoplog and tell what they think about your purchases, ask where you found that colour of nail polish, what the prices are, etc.

Schrik niet, we hebben ons gisteren even laten gaan en onze nagellakcollectie flink uitgebreid!
Don't be scared, we just have let ourselves go and expanded our nail polish collection!


We zijn naar Duitsland geweest en hebben onze 4 favoriete winkels (voor nagellak) bezocht: Dm, Müller, Ihr Platz en Rossmann.

Van de vorige collectie "Circus Circus" toch nog de eau de toilette gaan halen! Ik had hem voor mijn zus cadeau gedaan voor Kerstmis, maar vond hem zelf zo lekker ruiken, dat ik hem ook aangeschaft heb. Bovendien heb ik ook de pocket versie gekocht die gemakkelijk in je handtas mee te nemen is.

From the previous collection "Circus Circus" I needed to get the eau de toilette! I gave my sister this as a present for X-mas, but it smelled so nice that I bought it for myself too. And I bought the pocket version for in my purse.



Ook van Catrice heb ik een aantal nieuwe dingen (van links naar rechts):
020 MAN, GO Tango een fel oranje lakje van een vroegere collectie van Catrice vermoed ik, kwam uit de koopjesbak van Ihr Platz. En natuurlijk de 3 nieuwe lakjes van de limited collectie "Hidden world": C02 Walk on air, C01 White and seek, C03 Wood you follow me?

I also have a couple new things from Catrice (from left to right):
020 MAN, GO Tango a bright orange polish from Catrice, a former collection I suspect, a sale from Ihr Platz. And of course the 3 new polishes from the limited collection "Hidden world": C02 Walk on air, C01 White and seek, C03 Wood you follow me?

Dan een totaal nieuw merk van nagellak voor mij: Fairwind.
Deze hebben we gevonden bij Ihr Platz met van links naar rechts: 42 Peach sorbet, 43 Spring awakening, 44 Violet orchid, 45 Silky sand, 47 Pink tulip, 49 Teal.
Ik vond ze een beetje lijken op sommige essence lakjes.
Deze lakjes waren goedkoop: 0,99 euro per stuk met elk 7ml inhoud!

Then a total new brand of nail polish for me: Fairwind.
We found these at Ihr Platz with from left to right: 42 Peach sorbet, 43 Spring awakening, 44 Violet orchid, 45 Silky sand, 47 Pink tulip, 49 Teal.
I think they are similar to some of the essence bottles.
These polishes were cheap: 0,99 euro each with a content of 7ml!  
    

Nog van Fairwind: de satin demi matt, silky shine, silky pearl en silky chrome lakjes. Van links naar rechts boven: 50 Silk olive, 51 Velvet navy, 52 Silk sienna, 53 Gorgeous berry en onder: 54 Midnight grape, 55 Midnight mauve, 56 Tahitian pearl, 57 Glamorous moonshine.

Deze flesjes hebben dezelfde inhoud (7ml), maar waren iets duurder, namelijk 1,29 euro per stuk.

Dit zijn de lakjes van Manhatten die we gekocht hebben bij Rossmann. Er was trouwens een promotie van 20% korting op alle lakjes van Manhatten.

Ik vind de flesjes best mooi, alleen jammer dat de lakjes enkel met nummers zijn benoemd. Ik vind namen voor lakjes net altijd zo leuk!

These are the nail polishes from Manhatten we bought at Rossmann. These were in sale: 20% discount on all Manhatten polishes.

I think the bottles are pretty, but it's a shame that the polishes don't have a name, only a number. I really like those names for nail polishes!
