Rode bloemen mani - Red flowers mani

Vandaag heb ik het MoYou London plaatje "Pro XL Plate Collection 23" uitgetest. Ik heb gekozen voor de bloemetjes, het 3de figuurtje links van de bovenste rij.

Today I tested the Moyou London plate "Pro XL Plate Collection 23". I chose the flowers, the 3rd figure to the left of the top row.

Eerst heb ik als basis de licht gele kleur van P2 "Satin Supreme polish" gebruikt. De bloemetjes zijn met de rode kleur van Catrice hierop gestempeld. Klaar!

First I used the light yellow color "P2 Satin Supreme polish" as a base. The red flowers are stamped with the red color from Catrice. Ready!

Zwart met bloemen - Black with flowers

Hallo iedereen, deze keer een bloemen manicure met zwarte achtergrond.

Lak je nagels zwart met P2 Square Affaire (020 - Straight black) en laat goed drogen.
Stempel met de witte kleur van P2 Square Affaire (010 - Pure white) de hawaiiaanse bloemetjes van de SdP-L plaat op je nagels.
Nu gaan we de bloemetjes inkleuren met een dotting tool. Ik maak gebruik van de zogenaamde "glas-in-lood" techniek. Hierbij verdun ik mijn nagellak met top coat (maakt het meer transparant) zodat de witte gestempelde bloemen gekleurd worden, maar dat je de gestempelde delen blijft zien.
De blaadjes zijn groen gekleurd met P2 Wild Me uP! - 030 Hypnotised.
Het binnenste van de bloem heb ik rood gekleurd met Catrice - 18 Bloody Mary To Go.
De bloemblaadjes zijn geel, roze en paars gekleurd met respectievelijk "P2 Wild Me uP! - 020 Screaming", "Gosh - 569 Flamingo" en "Catrice - 800 Heavy Metallilac".
Alles is afgewerkt met de top coat.
Klaar!

Polish your nails black with P2 Square Affaire (020 - Straight black) and let it dry.
Stamp with the white color from P2 Square Affaire (010 - Pure white) the hawaiian flowers from the SDP-L plate on your nails.
Now we are going to color in the flowers with a dotting tool. I use the "lead light" technique. I hereby dilute my nail polish with top coat (make it more transparent) so the white stamped flowers are colored, but you can still see the stamped parts.
The leaves are made green with P2 Wild Me uP! - 030 Hypnotised.
The inside of the flower I colored red with Catrice - 18 Bloody Mary To Go.
The petals are yellow, pink and purple colored with "P2 Wild Me uP! - 020 Screaming", "Gosh - 569 Flamingo" and "Catrice - 800 Heavy Metallilac".
Everything is finished with the top coat.
Ready!

Oosterse bloemen - Oriental flowers

Vandaag heb ik een oosters getinte manicure gemaakt met het MoYou London plaatje "Suki Plate Collection 02". Ik heb gekozen voor de bloemetjes, onderaan links.

Today I made an oriental manicure with the Moyou London plate "Suki Plate Collection 02". I chose the bottem left flowers.

Hieronder de gebruikte lakjes en materialen:

- Manhatten Birthday Colours - 011 Aquamania
- Catrice - 800 Heavy Metallilac
- P2 Square Affaire - 020 Straight black
- P2 So Gold Shake up top coat
- bakje en spons / tray and sponge
- witte stempel van Dashica shop / white stamper from Dashica shop

Met een sponsje heb ik de blauwe (Manhatten) en paarse kleur (Catrice) op mijn nagels aangebracht.
Vervolgens heb ik de bloemetjes met de zwarte kleur van P2 erop gestempeld.
Alles is afgewerkt met de So Gold shake up top coat van P2, dat het een subtiele gouden glitterlaag geeft.
Klaar!

With a sponge I applied the blue (Manhattan) and purple (Catrice) colour on my nails.
I then stamped the flowers from the Suki MoYou London plate with the black colour of P2.
Everything is finished with the So Gold shake up top coat of P2, which gives it a subtle golden glitter layer.
Ready!

Gouden tandwielen - Golden gears

Vandaag het MoYou London plaatje "Gothic 07" uitgetest. Ik vond de tandwielen heel leuk, en dat zijn dan ook de figuurtjes geworden die ik op mijn nagels heb gezet.

Today I tested the Moyou London plate "Gothic 07". I found the gears very cute, and have put these figures on my nails.

Eerst heb ik als basis de zwarte kleur van P2 "Square Affaire" gebruikt met hierover een lichte glinstering van Catrice uit de limited edition "Welcome To Las Vegas".
De tandwielen zijn met de gouden kleur van P2 "Meet Me In Venice" gestempeld. Alles is daarna afgewerkt met de gouden glitters van P2 "So Gold".
Het gouden lakje "Meet Me In Venice" van P2 is trouwens uiterst geschikt om te stempelen. Als je dit lakje nog niet hebt, zou ik aanraden deze zo snel mogelijk te gaan halen in de Dm in Duitsland.
Een echte aanrader!

First I used the black color "P2 Square Affaire" as a base with a light shimmer of the Catrice limited edition "Welcome to Las Vegas".
The gears are stamped with the golden color "P2 Meet Me In Venice". Everything is coated in golden glitters with "P2 So Gold".
The golden polish "Meet Me In Venice" from P2 is by the way very suitable for stamping. If you do not have this polish already, I would buy this as soon as possible in the Dm store in Germany.
Highly recommended!

Instructies / Instructions

Stap 1:
Lak je nagels in de blauwe kleur "Wintry blue" van P2.

Step 1:
Polish your nails in the blue colour "Wintry blue" from P2.

Stap 2:
Laat even drogen en lak vervolgens je nagels met de kleur "Frosted mint", een licht blauw lakje met parelmoer glans.

Step 2:
Let it dry and then polish your nails with the colour "Frosted mint", a light blue colour with pearl shine.

Stap 3:
Laat goed drogen en stempel dan een sneeuwvlokpatroon (volledig of een stukje) op je nagels.

Step 3:
Allow to dry and then stamp a snowflake pattern (fully or partly) on your nails.

Stap 4:
Werk af met een glitter topcoat. Ik heb deze van P2 (040 - Just fantastic!) gebruikt.

Step 4:
Finish with a glitter topcoat. I used one from P2 (040 - Just fantastic!).



Stap 5:
Klaar!

today a beautiful manicure with the colour yellow-green.

Deze `Glitters in the jungle´ zijn heel gemakkelijk te maken, hieronder volgt een korte uitleg.
These ´Glitters in the jungle´ nails are very easy to make, below a short tutorial.

Gebruikte materialen / Used materials :
- P2 color victim : 520 Trouble
- Catrice Papagena : C02 Welcome to the Jungle
- Essence nail art special effect topper : 12 holo topping, please!
- Big SdP-C plate
- stempel en schraper / stamp and scraper

Stap 1
Lak je nagels met de geel-groene kleur van P2 : 520 Trouble.

Step 1
Polish your nails with the yellow-green colour from P2 : 520 Trouble.

Stap 2
Stempel nu met de donker groen-goude kleur van Catrice (Papagena C02 Welcome to the Jungle) het patroon op je nagel.

Step 2
Now Stamp with the dark green-gold colour from  Catrice (Papagena C02 Welcome to the Jungle) the pattern on your nail.

Stap 3
Werk af met de special effect topper (12 holo topping, please!) van Essence.

Step 3

Nagellak trends herfst 2012 - Nail polish trends fall 2012

Nu de herfst stilletjes aan nadert, wil ik jullie graag een overzicht geven van de trendy nagellakkleurtjes voor dit seizoen.

Hello sweet bloggers,
Now fall is approaching, I'd like to give an overview of the trendy nail polish colours for this season.


Zwarte nagellak is een kleur die de coole dames onder ons al jaren in hun bezit hebben, maar komend seizoen is er een nieuwe trend voor deze dames: donkere niet-zwarte tinten.
Het gaat hier om donkere tinten zoals wijnrood-paars (plum), donker-bruin, rood-bruin, donker blauw-groen en donker blauw.
Voor de meiden onder ons die niet zo van donkere kleuren houden, niet getreurd want ook lichte kleuren zoals nudes, licht grijs en goud zijn deze herfst helemaal in!

Black nail polish is a colour that the cool ladies among us already have for years, but next season there is a new trend for these ladies: dark non-blacks.
We´re talking about shades like plum, dark brown, red-brown, dark blue-green and dark blue. For the girls among us that don't love the dark colours, do not worry because also light colours such as nudes, light grey and gold are in this fall!


Ik heb eens in mijn kasten vol nagellak gesnuffeld (ja hoor, je leest het goed, kasten vol! Heb ondertussen al meer dan 800 lakjes verzameld, het is een echte verslaving :p ) en heb volgende lakjes gevonden die perfect in de lijn van deze trend passen en die ik deze herfst zeker nog eens ga uitproberen.

I've been searching my closets full of polish (yes, you read it right, closets full! I already collected more than 800 polishes, it's a real addiction :p ) and have found that the polishes below are perfectly in line with this trend and I'm sure gonna give these polishes a try this fall.
